1989 Mustang GT

I bought this car in September of 2002 with 57,000 original miles. When i bought the car it was mostly stock, with the exception of the Cobra R wheels. I soon began to want to make it handle better, and run a little faster.
I have added......

-3.73 Ring and pinion gear set
-Pro50 short throw shifter
-MAC 1 5/8" equal length headers
-2 1/2" Off road H pipe
-2 chamber Flowmasters
-BBK progressive rate springs
-Polyurethane bushings
-KYB shocks and struts
-FMS caster/camber plates
-BBK adjustable clutch quadrant
-FMS 9mm wires
-K&N filter

My best time running the 1/4 mile so far has been 14.41@98.20 mph w/ 2.28 60'
I need to pratice my launches to get my times a little lower.

Time for some new parts to improve performance, and freshen up the 17 year old Ford small block.

-E7 heads ported and polished by Thumper of Orange Park, FL
-Trick Flow Stage 1 camshaft

-Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
-190LPH intank fuel pump
-FMS A/C delete kit with power steering relocation brackets
-MSD distributor
-New OEM gaskets
-MAC copper header gaskets
-Flex-lite fan
-New water pump
-New Thermostat
-Smog equipment deleted

New Wheels added.

ROH ZS 17x8.5 in the front, 17x9.5 in the rear with Nitto 555R drag radials.

-FMS/Crane 1.6 Roller Rockers
-PP 65mm Throttle body and EGR
-Pro-M 70mm MAF
-MAC fenderwell CAI

Some cleaned and painted parts.

I was pretty busy this summer and didn't do much with the Mustang other than drive and enjoy it.
I did add

-MSD blaster coil
-Tinted windows

No major changes this year. I did add a few small things...

-Steeda Tri-ax shifter handle
-'86 Taillights, I pin striped them to resemble 93 Cobra units
-New headlights with amber corners (the clear ones were just getting old to me)
