November ALbum

The months are getting colder... so you'll notice more on and off of the natural vs. straightened hairstyles. It's just a bit more easy to deal with when it is cold outside.

6 months of hair care ;)

From looking at my May folder...all I can say is wow- I can't believe the transformation my hair has been through. Past my shoulders? 6 months ago if you had told me that I wouldn't have believed you, so all I can say to the ladies or gentlemen who want to grow their hair, don't give up! It's possible.

And it is true that your hair grows when you're not paying attention to it ;)

Anyway- I'll have more natural pictures somewhere between 3 days and a week from now.

    i love these....i did really small braids on my hair back in february of this year but didn't take any pics cause i didn't really like them....then i took them down like two days later.

    I commend you! I tried to be natural in high school and it only lasted 6 months because of all the disapproving comments I was suprised to hear from my black friends...But i began transitioning again the summer before 12th grade and i just kept wearing weaves to cover up my new growth and i did the big chop after I graduated. Keep doing what u doing because it takes a lot of guts to be natural while you are still in grade school! People are just so closed minded...especially boys lol

    Hahaha yea... I know what you mean. I was so happy of my natural hair and then i showed a pic to my ex and he was like...nice...now STRAIGHTEN IT! I was like ugh... We haven't talked much since then. But I've actually gotten comments from llike 5 guys about my hair which is pretty cool because I don't really talk to guys, just have my circle of girlfriends.
