Beautifully contemplative. I can practically hear the slow drip-drip off of nearby leaves, the crunch of his boots on damp gravel, the quiet whirr and little gulping splash when he finally casts his lure out into the fog... And (usually) when the early risers of this character's mold do reel something ashore, there's none of that yelling and YeeHAW!ing associated with the more excitable mid-day fishermen.

Possibly living in the woods works against me, but to be honest there have been no opportunities whatsoever back down in Nashville and the job market here in Vermont is far more stable than most other places in the US. Also, Dizzette still has her own stable and satisfying position here; it would be fairest to her if we didn't have to trade my job for hers!
Beautiful! The gold and green hues here are just marvelous. The image would be far less appealing without the couple in the foreground for scale, too. So kudos to the person behind the camera for a scene well captured!

Спасибо! Уж больно освещение было шикарное - огромная светлая оранжерея и светлый, но облачный день. Фотографировать было легко, а растения эти выигрышные - такие краски замечательные. Валя
What amazed me - it was taken in April when the leaves just started to appear. This one is a special kind of maple that starts brilliant red, stays dark red during the summer and turnes brownish in the fall. V
