Is this unedited? If it is then WOW. Must have been difficult to concentrate on the road with such stunning scenery at every turn. I'd have been down a ditch somewhere about now trying to photograph and drive at the same time lol.
No, this is not completely unedited - I did some minimal histogram adjustment and maybe a bit of saturation. Yet, the photo does not really do the justice to the beauty of the scene. Clouds were darker and leaves were brighter. This was one of the most amazing sunsets I've seen.
I did stop pretty often - I think as often as a turnout came by.
Another absolutely stunning shot. The colours especially, accentuated by the sun spots hightlighting colours the same in the distant mountain range. Wonderful.
