Вот этим горы и хороши - быть выше туч всегда впечатляет.  О

Thanks! It's amazing how perceptions differ. To me, this light seems mean and the whole scene, with dead trees encroaching from both sides, oozes menace. Beautiful, yes, but in a dangerous way. O

Thanks! This was, really, the most memorable sight of the whole trip. The light was just surreal, deadly-golden (however weird this combination may be). O

Primarily because it is catchy and different. It does track the steep drop of the mountains towards the S.B valley and then it is not so far to the ocean, so there is a grain of truth to it. O
