Is she wearing a strapless bra here? I've noticed the "shelf phenomenon" in some shoots with the Missus, and it looks like it might be happening here as well. Unless it's just the cut of that darned dress...

Sexy as hell, but I would do a bit more editing myself. Clear out the slightly bloodshot eyes and "shave" her armpit a little. She's gorgeous (please tell her that!), just looks a bit tired here.
