I'm not quite sure what you're asking here. There would have been around 4,000 tonnes of wood weight in the ark, upwards of 800 large trees. Noah and his family would have harvested those trees to build the ark.

I think you're also asking if the ark built itself or perhaps questioning Noah's ability to build such a massive structure. Noah had several decades to build the ark and modern man still doesn't know how the ancients built many of the great buildings of antiquity, and yet they are still standing ie the pyramids.
