As best as I can determine this picture was made, probably in 1960, when I was stationed at the NATO Southern Europe HQ. While off duty, I was active with the on-post theater group known as the Command players. This picture was made by a US Navy photographer, but I have no record of his name. The reason for the picture was probably for one of the plays I directed for them.
