I am really pleased with the progress so far. Now that my hair has grown a lot, I tend to prefer braiding in cornrows because they are easier to take out. Things have been a bit hectic and I've taken fewer pics because I am getting married in 2 months, so I've slacked on my vitamin regimen. But I am still cowashing at least once a week and deep conditioning weekly. I spritz my hair with distilled water and glycerin twice a day and apply my oil concoction to the scalp and seal the end with castor oil. I baggy at night and throw on my lace wig during the day. I have not used heat on my hair since Jan 2006.

Wow, I cannot believe that I am almost BSL. It's crazy because All i do is braid my hair, moisturize, oil my ends, baggy, and throw a lacefront on top. So I never straighten my hair and am anxious to see what it looks like all straight. I also usually measure my hair by how far the back comes to the front of my hair (if that makes sense). So when i pull the back of my hair to the fron (across my shoulders) I;m just past APL. But when I measure from the back, I'm just a few inches shy of BSL. WOW!!!! God is GOOD!!!!
