My Weightloss Journey: Well, I tried this before, but got LAZY.

But I'm graduating in May, and I want to look AWESOME for it, so I'm getting back on the grind.

I'm starting out with TAE-BO five days a week. A walk on Saturdays and rest on Sundays.

Not sure what I'm going to do as far as dieting yet. I don't want to diet, per se. I would just like to change the way I eat, period. My diet is horrible at this point, and needs a desperate overhaul.; This folder is empty
