This is going to be a circa 1967-68 wheel stander. Converted Tom Daniels kit. Many of my own resin cast parts and my own decals. When complete will become part of the SLM Diorama.
Note: wheels and tires in these photos are not period correct for this project and will be changed.

66 Nova sedan resin body

Here are some of my scatch built or modified parts masters used to make my resin parts. First up, in progress is a deep finned TH400 pan .... drain plug and bolt detail yet to be added.

This I got as built up, stripped it down, removed all decals, think this might stay as a crusty one

Started this in the 80's, scratched headers and motor plate, resin cast Lenco, reworked tunnel ram, wrinkled slick sidewalls, yet to remove inner fenders and rework front suspension, rear will remain as kitted. This will be a Grump car

Scratched deep sump oil pan which will be resin cast, scratched headers, my resin cast Motor Wheel Flys, MSD, intake and carb and many other parts.

Got this as a built up, yet to be restored, paint is really nice but needs some decals removed or redecaled completely, needs new front suspension made and engine redone

Started in the early 80's, pretty much out of the box with it's incorrect body first gen nose on second gen body, basic engine detail with Monogram T 'Rantula valve covers,Testors compition or hugger orange

Just simple fun, scratched candles in the Dragula lanterns, Malco 33 has wheels from the long gone Good Stuff "the two J's" they were the creators of these kits by Polar Lights, it had to have those wheels

This was going to be a Blue Beetle type of build

Injected early Hemi from the 354-392 family, basic detailing, hard to mess up the wiring firing order on this one, needs a trans swap, relocated rear leaf springs, sumped fuel tank, scratched roll bar, aluminum tube exhaust

This was built back in 1984, my first build after rediscovering the hobby after a many year leave .... simple build with some body mods, frenched tail lights, molded in front pan, the 80's monochrome paint, basic engine detailing, pan vac, plumbing, wiring, but I always wire the correct firing order on all my builds. Should have thinned the edges and made an inner lip/channel for the opened trunk area but ......

Actually two different builds here, the first is based from the Two Lane Blacktop car. The other is a replica of my buddys old car, 402 glide 12 bolt ..... Corrected front splash pan on AMT kit, I rarely see this corrected on all the bumperless 55's built........

Frame mods, my mastered and resin cast 15x4 Cragar SS wheels

This is the pre painted Revell kit, removed decals, either a cross ram 2x4 327 4 speed or 2x4 cross ram 409 4 speed

This one has a BBC TH350 with much of it consisting of my own resin cast parts including the 15x4 Cragar SS wheels, still not sure if the hood will have some type of scoop or not

Here is a built up I acquired off an old friend, I did some mods, replaced some engine components and wheels and tires ... it has the Max wedge scoop which is the wrong hood scoop, it should be the wide flat scoop for the hemi

70's Car Craft magazine's, Project Super Stocker 65 Chevelle of John Macky. Rev. 65 Chevelle converted to 4 door. Scratched deep sump oil pan, my resin cast Motor Wheel Flys and Chev ralley wheels.

Radiused and flared wheel wells, drooped front sheet metal, many scratched parts, an extreme few seem to replicate these 60's stock cars correctly

Built in the early 90's, relocated front axle forward, scratched motor mounts, header collectors, fuel pump, chute mount and release cable, thinned grill from the back so you can see through it making it more correct, modified cage, slicks are too big, maybe they will get changed to more of a period correct version one day
