Homemade BMW Windshield

This is a quick pictorial on how to make a custom BMW wind screen for your R1100RS. I'm sure the technics I'm using could be used for any bike.

You will need a Heat Gun. A hairdryer will not get hot enough. Keep moving the heatgun until the lexan starts to bend. Bend it and hold it until it cools.
