How did you get your hair to be so thick because my hair is like when you just started out in 2002 and I wanna know your secret. *********************************************************** It really isn't any secret. I started taking much better care of my hair. I allowed my hair to grow out while wearing properly-maintained sew in weaves. I only wore the weaves for 4 weeks at a time. I trimmed my ends regularly. I also took a couple of different hair vitamins that helped a little (HF37 and Horsetail.
What exactly is Fingerprinted Horsetail used for? How did it affect your hair growth? ********************************************************** It's a pill sold at GNC for hair growth. It contains silica which is helpful for healthy hair. It made my new growth much stronger and thicker and it helped my hair to grow a little faster.
how exactly did you do the rollerwrap? it's so pretty! ******************************** Thank you. I rolled my hair with medium sized rollers, then I flat wrapped my hair after taking the rollers down. Then Voila!

Your hair looks great! Is the color from using Sun-in? If so, please tell me how you used it (for example, how long did you have to leave it in). Thanks! ************************************************** Thank you! Yes, it's from using Sun-in. I sprayed it on my hair section by section, then combed it evenly through the section. Then I blow-dried the section until it was dry. You'll see it starting to lighten after about 5 minutes. If it's not as light as you'd like it to be then just spray the section again then repeat blow-drying. Sometimes areas will be a little lighter than others. You MUST shampoo and condition your hair after you've completed lightening your whole head....or else it will continue to lighten.
But be careful because it can break your hair, as with any lightening hair product. I didn't get that much breakage from it, but I did notice that some of my ends on my sides were breaking off because I was using too much heat. I don't recommend using Sun-In. --I won't be using it anymore!
YOUR HAIR LOOKS GREAT! WHAT DID YOU USE TO GET IT GROW LIKE THAT. I CURRENTLY USING ZINC VITAMINS, AND SOME IC PRODUCTS THAT HAVE KEPT HAIR FROM BREAKING OFF AND I HAVE GOTTEN I CUT SHOULDER LENGTH B/C IT WAS SO UNEVEN FROM THE BREAKAGE. ANYTHING THAT YOU'VE TRIED AND IT WORK FOR SURE? MY HAIR IS IN A SLOW GROWONG PROCESS. *******************************************************
Thank you! I wore sewn-in weaves throughout the majority of the time. But it takes time and patience, along with regular maintenance, and good products, etc.
I've tried Fingerprinted Horsetail from GNC which worked very well, Hair Formula 37 which also worked pretty good, and Nexxus Biotin Shampoo to name a few.
