I trimmed about 1 inch off this week so you may notice that my hair is slightly the same length as before :)

what relaxer do you use on your hair that keeps your hair in such a heaithy condition and so silky straight.

I use Exclusives (Mild strength). I do not relax my hair bone straight.

Hi again, you mentioned you don't get your hair bone straight. Do you "texturize" your hair where you only leave it on the new growth for maybe 10 minutes total just to loosen the curl pattern? I'm thinking about doing this. I also wore braids since June for 2 months at a time. I haven't had a relaxer since May. Do you suggest I relax like a texturize method? I don't know how much growth I have right now, I'm taking my braids out next week and then I plan to get a sew-in and start the same regimen just like you did... only time will tell but I'm hoping to get close to half the results you have. I love your hair!!!!!!

    Hi,

My hair is relaxed (not texturized). I just get about 80-85% of the curl pattern straightened. --Instead of 100%. I also use a mild relaxer. I think you should relax your hair as you normally would - instead of texturizing, because you'd end up with two totally different textures (wavy at the roots and straight on the ends). Did that make sense?

have you got any tracks added in because the ends of you hair looks super straight compared to near the roots

    Hi Soulsista,

There are absolutely no tracks added to my hair in this picture. I usually blunt-cut my ends because I like them to look thick. My hair is also not 100% relaxed at the roots - as opposed to my ends, since I stopped getting my hair relaxed bone straight.
