I'm Janice's daughter. Thanks for getting me in on Saturday (3/12/05). This picture (Nov2004-1/2inch trim) is about the length I'm striving towards; maybe a little longer. Are you familiar with Biosil? It has horsetail in it. Let me know what you think. Also, I'm trying to follow your satin scarf technique but haven't quite gotten there yet:-) I love the fact you're into healthy hair. Your hair is gorgeous.

You're very welcome. I'm not too familiar with Biosil. I just did a few searches and quite a few things popped up about Biosil (but I'm not sure which is the right one). Where did you purchase it? Did you buy it online? If so, please send me the link so I can take a look at the info. Let me know what you need help with regarding the satin scarf method. Thanks for responding so quickly. My hair is 4A too, and I use Mizani. I don't really know if this is a lye or no lye relaxer. I've heard that a lye relaxer is better than a no lye relaxer do you agree? Although results can differ from one person to the next, as a hair professional which type do you recommend? You're welcome. Mizani is a professional lye relaxer. Yes, I agree that a lye relaxer is better. And yes, results certainly can differ with different people. I only use lye relaxers on my hair.
