Thank you. The braids shouldn't be too tight. It can cause discomfort and possible breakage. Minimize the use of styles that pull your edges too tight. I've never used temple balm, but follow the directions carefully and perhaps you should test a small area of your edges first. Here are some things that I did to grow my hair: Minimize the use of heat, relaxed my hair every 5-7 months (during the time I was wearing weaves), trimmed off bad/thinning ends, moisturized my hair atleast twice a week. Maybe you should try some of those things or a variation of those things and see how your hair responds to it.

Hey I just wanted to tell you that you hair is very nice I like it a lot I wanted to know how did you get it so long what do you do to it to get it to be so thick and long? What should I do to get more hair like in the bold spots should I use surge or something for the roots because its just not growing on the sides or the back do you think that I should use a root stimulator or something of the nature? Sorry for all the questions I just love you hair so much that I wish I had it because it’s so fantastic! Can all this happen with out the sew in track? Can you just get your hair braided and take good care of it like that with out adding track? how did you get your hair so full looking? When I get my hair braided it breaks off my hair ALOT! What should I do to stop it from happening? Does it happen to you? Can you tell me some products to use on my hair so I can get it looking like yours in two years your my role model girl I praise you because you doing your thing! Go ahead girl with your bad self!!!!!!!
ps: girl I need a good shampoo and conditioner can you tell me a good one to use on my hair? And is black n sassy “triple grow” a good product? ********************************************************** Thank you. I mainly wore sewn-in weaves and let my hair grow out. I stretched out the time between relaxers (about 5-7 months) and that helped my hair to strengthen. As far as your bald spots, you should get to the bottom of why you have the balding areas before trying to self-treat them. Have you been to a dermatologist? You need to make sure that it's not caused by Alopecia or something of that nature. Special medicines can be prescribed for you. My sister started getting bald spots about 6 years ago and it was from Alopecia - the doctor gave her some topical creme (I don't remember the name of it) and it helped her hair to grow back.
Yes, you can certainly grow our hair without sew-ins. Just take good care of your hair with whatever style you decide to wear. My hair got thicker as I trimmed the bad/thinning ends off. Your hair may be shedding for a variety of reasons, I cannot pinpoint that for you because I would need to see your hair. Make sure you're not keeping in the braids or weaves for too long.
I like Nexxus Botanoil & Ensure Conditioner or Abba Moisture Scentsation shampoo & conditioner, or my new favorite - Silk2 Longer & Stronger shampoo & MoiStar Conditioner. I sell these professional products so if you ever want to order, just send me an email. I've never used BlacknSassy's trip grow before.
