These were snapshots taken during a "Friend's & Family" tour at KSC. A good friend got me in and we were free to walk around with unprecedented access to most of the buildings on the complex. This was just prior to the final Hubble Telescope maintenance mission, so TWO shuttles were on the launch pads, and one was in the maintenance bay. It was an amazing occasion to view the inner workings of a world-class landmark and NASA operations.
