For more information: www.kingkustomstemecula.com

The majority of work on Kevan's 1940 Merc coupe has been performed by Kevin himself. He chopped the top and extended the rear side windows.
King Kustoms is performing some repair work and fine tuning on this great looking custom.

1950 Ford Coupe turned Sedan
For more information: www.kingkustomstemecula.com

Here is a chop I did on a '50 Ford coupe- swapped on a tudor sedan roof and chopped it 6.5" front, 8" rear...lots of work...

Somebody had airbagged the car before it came to me and royally fucked it up.
I could not finish putting the roof back on and rebuilding the inner structure until I had the wheelwells back in.
This car was literally bowing out and flopping around before I braced it up and started to put them back in.
The donor wheelwells were taken from a '50 Fordor sedan parts car I cut up and I moved them up 3" for tire clearance.

1949 Ford Coupe Repair work
This is a decklid I paneled in for my girlfriend's grandparents.
Her grandma has a very nice '49 Ford coupe that had been hit at one time and then shaved and the decklid had over an inch of bondo in it.
They wanted it filled and smoothed anyway, so I just decided to cut a large panel out of the top half of a junk decklid I had and do a little hammering on my bag then weld it into their decklid.
The piece fit great and had only a small skimcoat of filler.
The first few pictures show it on the '50 tudor I was chopping at the time- I put it on that car to make sure it wouldn't get twisted while welding on it and it stayed in one place.
