Janne, saw with much interest your concept car 1946 Cad, Black winter Day in the Nov 2010 Rod and Custom. Just hap;pen to have a 46 Cad series 62 fast back in the shed here on the farm. Like your idea so much i decided to pursue building the custom coupe. Was difficult fi9nding the proper rear section, the late 40s Chev business coupes have the right profile side view but are much to wide, so finally found a 1937 Pontiac coupe, we are now in the process of putting the two toghether. Thanks! This is interior concept of that ´40 Buick shown in previous pics. Those are ´64 T-Bird seats. Doorpanels and consol are custom made. I was trying to create luxury car feeling to this interior.
´48 Chevy 2d sedan which is roof cut off and chopped. Hard top sidewindows Carson-style top (could be even steel). Some shaving, lowering and ´53 Cadillac hubcaps and that's it. Someone really should do this car.
