63 Concord Road (Just North of Tri-State Sports), Chester Township, PA
A man (undetermined state - either drunk or drugs) rolled down hill onto highway causing two cars to hit each other to avoid him. The man was arrested, two patients total were transported (from the cars) to the hospital.
