Concordville - Laying Out on Route 1 - Robb was able to pull over so not to get stuck (much)

0130 - 0150 hours
US Route 1 Southbound in front of The Shoppes at Brinton Lake
I was behind Concordville's Firetruck enroute to a fire call at The Turf Club
when the hosebed laid out onto Route 1 Southbound in front of me.
I was able to pull aside, but unfortunately the person behind me had
the connector stuck underneath of her car.
