Newark - Shooting Suspect Arrested on I-95

1612 - 1613 hours
I-95 South just past Route 273 exit, Newark, DE
While I was stuck in traffic northbound, about 15 police cars pulled this vehicle with bullet damage over as a shooting suspect.
