It's such a nice thing you have done to yourself. I can't believe how you did it, but i am happy to see the progress. Keep up the good work and may it serve a lot of inspirations to those who wish to lose weight. What you need to do is to maintain what exactly you are right now. It is a good sign that after all your hardwork and effort, it did not go to a waste. Good luck and I hope within couple of months, you will lose more weight. May this year 2003 give you more good health and I pray to god almighty to shower you more blessings.

hi,you looks wanderful, it's almost unbeliveable you lost so much weight. you look happier, and may i say you're such a hansome guy,not that being a big person made you any less hansome.i guess what i'm trying to say is that you've done it, i dont how but you've done it and thats wanderful.

unbelievable pictures of yourself! what did you do to lose the weight? amazing transformation. you look alot happier in the more recent photos. congratulations! you are a very attractive man (even in your heavier phase), you just look happier now. good job!
