Actually Virginia short track ace Johnny Rumley is at the wheel of the Big Johnson car at Dover in the June 1995 GM Goodwrench / Delco 200 where he finished 6th. I remember taking the pic at Dover but had to look up the finish on Racing-Reference.info.
