No one was trying to use big words but you. I know you are trying to sound smart. I am sure you are a straight A student and a winner of many debates. Good for you.
I have nothing against you being proud of your heritage, in fact I respect it a lot. It is very important to remember who you are and honor the struggles you ancestors had to overcome. However, when you automatically assume that you are better than everyone else and that someone is inferior to you because they are not of a particular race or religion or 100% of it, that is racism and this is what this conversation is all about.
All that said, I will agree with one of the Anonymous participants of this discussion. You should do whatever makes you happy. Misha has a right to choose whom he dates and still be respectful of his religion and his heritage.
Yes, one should respect each other's culture and traditions but one should not look down on others for dating a person who is of different religion. And say things like this " Misha, have you ever considered dating a Jewish girl? A little loyalty to your roots never hurts." This puts the other person down and that is not right!
My point, darlings, was that when you are arguying about something, and using "big words" and terms, make sure that they are are correct. It's difficult to take seriously arguments from someone who uses first grade vocabulary.
To Neponyatnaya Neznakomka, quote me a phrase from the conversation below that at least somewhat is similar to the Nazi principals, please. Can't? Thought so.
Respect of one's culture and traditions does not, in any way, imply hatred of others.
I have no idea what you are waiting for. Everything has been said very clearly. Try reading, not repeating:"What's your point?" How many times do I have to say, that if you don't get it, I can't help you?

We are still waiting for the point to be made and for you oh smart one, the person who gets it all explain what you are trying to say. At least be brave enough to say what you mean. The point is not the correct spelling of race classifications, but the fact that you are a bunch of racists and your point of view is no different from those of Nazis or any type of nationalistic extremists.
