      well im no expert but from my person experience twists help me grow my hair a lot and then i turned to weave which basically just retains your hair length , i dont really know about braids but i guess braids are just the same as twista and it is great to grow out your hair because it still has a high level in taking in oxygen plus it would be easier to moisturise your hair, hope i was helpful and do check out my new blog in the future when you can: kinkynaturally.blogspot.com
