Arrived at the Devil's Lake about 9:00am. We started out at the North Shore but soon found out we wanted to be at the South Shore as I wanted to get pics of the Balanced Rock and the Devils Doorway. We spent about 4 hours hiking the trails...4 hours climbing up and down the purple rocks. I dont know why the rocks were purple, but the trail up the to balanced rock was beautiful. I was able to stop along the way and snap some shots of the lake below. I hope you enjoy the pics as much as I enjoyed taking them!
