Got some color in my life.... :)

I might be taking a haitus (3-4 months)....

...Okay!! I finally made up my mind and have decided to take a break from my album for at least a month, even up to 4 months. Thanks to everyone who stops by and leaves wonderful comments!! :)

Quick update--it's so hard to stay away ;)

I'm back for now!!

I graduated on Saturday August 12, 2006, I wore my hair straightened with curls (used curlers)- I will post my graduation pics sometime soon. After having straigtened my hair for the fifth time this year (because of friends graduating and other events) I have decided to not use any heat for at least a year and if possible a year and a half. I hope I can follow through with this challenge....

Steps Taken or to be Taken for My No Heat Challenge:

1) The first step I've taken is to get rid of split ends --I cut off 2 inches to make sure ends were in good condition

2) Next, I plan on doing lots of protective styles, especially so for the next 4 to 5 months

3) Continue to trim ends every 2-3 months and deep condition regularly

Today (Dec 4, 2006) marks my third year wearing my hair natural. I will probably start yearly photos instead of a monthly documentation Sometime soon. Thanks to all those who have visited and have left such wonderful comments and thanks to all those who keep visiting. I will try to check out most of your albums sometime soon. ;)
