The Shifty's Spraywerkz story...: Spraywerkz officially opened for business on January 1, 2007. After working for Parrott's Hot Rods and Kustoms as head painter and bodyman for a couple years, I began taking in euros on the side. At one point there were more Euros in the shop than Rods. It was then that I decided there may be a market for a euro-specific paint shop here in the Midwest. Months later, Spraywerkz was born.

Shifty's Spraywerkz is still located in the Parrott's building, at 1826 NW 1st street in Oklahoma City. Parrott's still sublets all their paintwork to Spraywerkz, and we send some metal and fabrication work their way. Believe it or not, the hot rod/euro thing is a great combination, and the two sets of enthusiasts get a kick out of coming into one shop and seeing the different rides in the other shop.

Normal operating hours are 9-5 M-F. Weekends on occasion or by appoinment. Although visitors are always welcome, it's best to call ahead just to be sure someone will be available to speak with you. It's not uncommon for all of us to be busy at one time!

Tinted lamps: We've been tinting lamps for years, and it's become so successful that we now offer an exchange program, including mail orders. You simply order the style of tinted lamp you prefer (prices vary), including a refundable $150 core fee. We ship the tinted lamps to you, you swap them out, and when we recieve your stock units the $150 is refunded via Paypal or check.

Pole Position Kart Racers

Spraywerkz is proud to announce we've teamed up with P2R raceway in Oklahoma City! Shifty's will now be maintaining the kart bodies and paintwork. Look for the karts with "Spraywerkz" decals on them at the track - they're going to have a slight aerodynamic advantage thanks to smoother paint and lighter body repairs. :D
