Mike didn't realize how sad this bike looked until he got it home and in the garage after purchasing it. Although he liked the yellow and black contrast, it wasn't hard to convince him to break from the herd and try a new look.

Once the gouged, cracked and scraped fairings were repaired we applied two coats of BMW Dolphin Gray over a DuPont 2K sealer, and painted a silver graphic over the front fairings and tank. These upper plastics were then topped off with a two-coat DuPont satin clearcoat. The lower plastics were resprayed gloss black to match the swingarm and wheels.
