I belong to Brians Model Car Club.This is there 10th Anniversary.
This is a 1/24 scale Monte Carlo by Revell.I painted the body like Dale Earnhardt Jr's 2008 #88 Amp Impala SS.I built the car as a Super Speedway.I used Automotive bondo to make the nose flat like the real ones. The green is Automotive paint and sprayed with an Air Brush. The white is Plasti-Kote and cleared with Plasti-Kote.Chassis is painted with Model Master semi gloss grey.The decals are from the kit and BMC.I wired the engine and added dual exhaust.The dash board I cut and put in a tray for the dual ignition boxes.For the roof I added window clips,roof cam and antenna,also I added rear spoiler braces.The tires and rims are detailed. This was a long and fun project.
