This album contains photos of the Marfa Texas area and the legendary ghost lights of Marfa. These lights were reported by the indians before the white man came.

This photo was taken in the 1992-1996 period. Although the lights were an unknown distance away the camera was hand held (difficult to carry a tripod an a motorcycle)
This photo was taken during the same time period and conditions as the first photo. Although what the lights are remains unknown they are a pleasure to watch as they dance around the sky.

This photo was not taken by yours truly but was found on the 'net. It is included here to give you a better idea of how they actually appear.
This could be a Ghost Town - maybe
This photo was taken in a town made famous by Willie Nelson. It is about 30 miles north of Marfa Texas. The West is just full of history. History so real that you can feel it as you travel through it.
Yet another view of the Marfa Lights. Amazing aren't they and they are visible each and every night. Radio reception is really bad in this area.
They are ghostly.
