Sensei Danny Cooper presented a Brazilian JuiJuitsu Seminar at ATF Studio Saturday May 6.
Mr. Cooper is a professional mixed martial arts fighter for Living Defense Martial Arts in Little Rock.
The focus was on the basics of how to escape the clinch, how to win the clinch, what to do if you are taken down and how to beat the guard and win in the mount.
The emphasis was on self-defense and not so much on sport fighting.
The information received from this seminar will greatly compliment our striking system.

The JKD, Jiutitsu, Muay Thai, Kali Seminar was presented by Mr. Cooper and Mr Waggoner, both of Little Rock, and Mr Fortson at the Walnut Ridge ATF Tang Soo Do studio. Those present were shown the basics of the four styles being incorporated into the ATF Tang Soo Do System.

Tuesday evening, November 21, 2006, ATF Walnut Ridge was prividgleged to have Mr Jamie Yowell from a Little Rock Tang Soo Do Studio visit and train with our students. Mr. Yowell presented a weapons form with a boa and worked out with the class during his visit. The students and instructors were pleased that Mr. Yowell was able to visit and hope that he will be able to return.
Mrs. Jason Boggs, Emily, almost straight from the hospital, brought the youngest new addition to the ATF Tang Soo Do family to class tonight to meet Mr. Yowell and the rest of his classmates.
