Brazilian JuiJuitsu Seminar

Sensei Danny Cooper presented a Brazilian JuiJuitsu Seminar at ATF Studio Saturday May 6.
Mr. Cooper is a professional mixed martial arts fighter for Living Defense Martial Arts in Little Rock.
The focus was on the basics of how to escape the clinch, how to win the clinch, what to do if you are taken down and how to beat the guard and win in the mount.
The emphasis was on self-defense and not so much on sport fighting.
The information received from this seminar will greatly compliment our striking system.
