Friday evening, January 4, 2008, Sloan Hendrix Greyhounds hosted the conference basketball game with Midland. The Junior Lady Greyhounds lost to the Lady Mustangs with a score of 18 to 36 in favor of the Lady Mustangs. The Senior Lady Greyhounds were defeated by the Lady Mustangs in over time with a score of 51 to 56 in favor of the Lady Mustangs. The Sloan Hendrix Senior Boys Greyhounds defeated the Mustangs with a score of 66 to 55.
