Walnut Ridge's 5th & 6th grade Girls and Boys Bobcats hosted a match against the Hoxie Mustangs Saturday, January 6, 2007, at the Sherum Gymnasium in Walnut Ridge.
The 5th Grade Lady Bobcats defeated the Lady Mustangs with a score of 38 to 12. The 5th Grade Boys Bobcats were defeated by the Hoxie Mustangs with a score of 16 to 25. The 6th Grade Lady Bobcats defeated the Lady Mustangs with a score of 16 to 9. The 6th Grade Bobcats were defeated the Mustangs in overtime (overtime score of 29 to 29) with the ending score of 33 to 36 in favor of the Hoxie Mustangs.
