Saturday afternoon, November 24, 2007 started the Invitational WBC Tournament at Williams Baptist College. Many area teams put forth their best on the court which included the following" Walnut Ridge Bobcats, Hoxie Mustangs, Pocahontas Redskins, Southside Southerners, Corning Bobcats, Maynard Tigers , Imboden Sloan Hendrix Greyhounds , Lynn/Strawberry Hillcrest Screaming Eagles Viola Longhorns, Riverside Rebels, Tuckerman Bulldogs and Maramduke Greyhounds.
Saturday games photographed included the following games: Tuckerman Bulldogs versus Maynard Tigers with the game going to the Bulldogs with a score of 37 to 43. Sloan Hendrix Greyhounds versus Corning Bobcats with a ending score of 61 to 43 in favor of the Bobcats; Corning Lady Bobcats versus Sloan Hendrix Lady Greyhounds which ended in a score of 53 to 40 in favor of the Bobcats; Hoxie Mustangs versus Maynard Tigers with a ending score of 81 to 52 in favor of the Mustangs.
