Friday afternoon, March 14, 2008, at the Black Rock High School Gymnasium the Lawrence County PeeWee Basketball Tournament came to a end with the following teams in play: 5th Grade Girls, Walnut Ridge Lady Bobcats versus Hillcrest Lady Screamin' Eagles which ended in a score of 8 to 14 in favor of the Lady Screamin' Eagles; 5th Grade Boys Hoxie Mustangs versus Walnut Ridge Bobcats which ended with a score of 29 to 20 in favor of the Mustangs; 6th Grade Girls, Hoxie Lady Mustangs versus Walnut Ridge Lady Bobcats which ended with a score of 8 to 18 in favor of the Lady Bobcats and the 6th Grade Boys, Hoxie Mustangs versus Hillcrest Screamin' Eagles which ended with a score of 31 to 21 in favor of the Hoxie Mustangs.
