Shortly after 4 P.M. the Hoxie Volunteer Fire Department along with the Arkansas Excellent Transport Ambulance and Medic One was dispatched to a traffic accident involving a transport truck and a suv. The SUV was parked on the shoulder of Hwy 63 South when a transport exited Hwy 67 ByPass and clipped the SUV resulting in the driver of the SUV being taken to the hospital. The driver of the transport truck wasn't injured in the accident and was able to drive away following paperwork.
