Hwy 63b North Hoxie Residence Fire -

Approximately 8:30 A.M. the Hoxie Fire Department was paged out to a residential fire off Hwy 63B North. The structure was fully involved upon the Department's arrival and Hoxie called for assistance from the Walnut Ridge Volunteer Fire Department's assistance. The two Fire Departments fought the fire and had it under control in a short time but the residence was a total loss.
