Farm Service Fire 081808 - e005 0745

Shortly after 2 A.M. Monday morning, August 18, 2008, the Hoxie Volunteer Fire Department was called out to a fully involved fire at the Farm Service Complex off Towne Street in Hoxie. The Walnut Ridge Volunteer Fire Department as well as Alicia Volunteer Fire Department and Imboden Volunteer Fire Department were called to assist Hoxie in controlling the fire. The majority of the building, which use to house fertilizer, was a total loss to the fire.
