2007 Portia Picnic

Tuesday evening, June 28, 2007, the Portia Picnic opened to the delight of countless children and to the chagrin of the residents of Portia near the picnic grounds. Colorful lights and carnival personal dotted the grounds while the attendees enjoyed the rides and games.
