A two motor vehicle accident occurred prior to 6:46 P.M. on Saturday evening, December 9. 2006, approximately two miles East of the Walnut Ridge city limits. The driver of the sedan stated that he must have fallen asleep and ran onto the shoulder of the road and when he attempted to correct he struck a West bound passenger van on it's right rear bumper. No injuries were reported.
