Alicia Emergency Services were paged out around 2:45 P.M. to a vechile that's over turned into a ditch with water just West of Minturn on Hwy 228. When Medic One Ambulance and members of the Alicia Volenteer Fire Department arrived on scene, the driver of the vehicle was nowhere to be seen. A passerby had stopped and taken the driver to her home near by stating that she had a good gash on her forehead but wanted to go straight home instead of the hospital.
