After several attempts over the years to knock the smoking outa my life,I thought Id give this gizmo a try.
I have used the "Patch",pills,and gums,still a smoker.Years back,the second hand smoke risk wasnt known,NOW it IS!!!,I CANT take back alllllll the years I have smoked in the house,while the 6 kids sucked in the second hand smoke,but now we have a better and more effective stop smoking aid!YOU owe it to your family to at least try to end a nasty dirty and deadly habit..........
UPDATE-(I am (was)a 2 pack a day smoker)-10/10/09,started to use the product,as of 10/17/09,I have yet to light a REAL cigarette,
UPDATE-10.24.09-THIS is the deal,I have today hit the 2 weeks without a real ciggy,the craving is still there,but minimal,and tolerable.
UPDATE-10.31.09-This is the 3 week point,still smoke free,I notice that dont get winded as fast as I used to,and I dont wheeze as much in bed,I sure do feel tired alot more on my days off,I can now take naps all day long.My mind seems to drift more,and it seems making a simple discission takes more forethought.
UPDATE-11.15.09-I have to admit,I dont feel as good as I had
hoped I would feel after quitting,while I havnt used the E-Cigs in about a week,I still get cravings,but I can now walk into a store that sells smokes,and still walk out without any,I hav gained weight,I now chew alot of gum,but I still havnt given up the fight,and yes it is a fight,I guess I dont have rock solid will power.
UPDATE-12.12.09-OK,now I am seeing some good results,things are starting to taste different,in some ways I feel different,sure I miss lighting up,I loved to smoke,but now I get less cravings,so now,I guess Im closer to not having to go back to smoking then I have ever been.
CONS-Instructions should have been better written.
Gives off a funny odor,but acceptable.
PROS-Price is great,replacement parts are on the pricey side.
Overall,I have to give this product a thumbs up,helped me
lay down the smokes faster then the other products I have tried.
