This is a truck that had come in for a water pump R&R at the request of the customer,while the radiator was leaking,at some point the radiator had been worked on,and in the process,who ever put the shroud on had put the wrong bolt back in,which actually drilled a hole into the top of the radiator,making a pressure seal with the bolt that had a cone tip.
