I've slacked on taking care of my hair for the last 6-7 months--but I've decided to being consciously caring for it again. I'm using all new products (the majority of them will be natural). 290 days of Hair Care... (August '08-May '09) -
So in around 9 months I would like to gain 6-8 inches of hair...I know, I know, you're probably saying that it's impossible--yet I believe. See in 9 months I will have the most important day in my life thus far, and I needs, yes needs, my hair to be on point, and be at a good length. So here's to praying and and hair care!

I've had some set backs, clipped of and inch in may--I am going to try to stay on task with my hair and see if i can gain 3-4 inches by September.... we shall see!

Winter Growth Challenge Oct 2007-March 2008 -
BHM Challenge, showing hair growth from October-March. Challenge Guidelines: 1) Deep conditioning atleast once a week 2) Keeping ends well moisturized and sealing regularly 3) Wear protective styles 80% of the time (the cold air can really dry out hair) 4) Take vitamins and drink plenty of water 5) No direct heat (1 pass allowed for a special occasion) 6) No trimming until the end of the challenge (cutting individual splits or knots allowed) 7) Minimize manipulation of hair (no excessive brushing, combing etc..) 8) Baggy atleast 3x a week ( if you are wearing a weave or braids w/extensions you don't have to do this rule except when the weave or braids are out) 9) Improve blood flow to scalp w/regular exercise or stimulate scalp w/massages 10) Check in every 2 weeks w/your progress and to motivate others - Album was created 4 years 4 months ago and modified 4 years ago

Tracking hair growth progression...
