1959 Ford Skyliner. These cars have a retractable roof. It's like a convertible but it has a metal roof that goes into the trunk. Much like the Mercedes SLK.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. It truly is an oasis in the desert but they don't take advantage of that fact. The food is great, the beer selection for those who drink is outstanding with tons of micro brews, the view is outstanding and if you're there while the jet jockey's are playing you just might see an Air Force jet swoop down within a couple of hundred feet of the ground nearby. Or close overhead. It's a great place to take a break.

The second time Tom L decided to cut it close on gas. This time he had to resort to begging. ;-)

This is at the end of another gravel road we took. It was 7 miles long of varying surfaces and ruts. We all made it fine with only a couple close calls. Yes, we pretty much had to at this point.

We rode the 3 miles of rough gravel road to get there and back. Look for the other album of the ghost town.

This is the top of Tioga Pass in Yosemite. It was 36 degrees, we had just ridden through rain and sleet and it was snowing here.
