Back in April Mark Fletcher and I attended a vintage trailer and motorhome show in Hemet, California, and we encountered this unusual 1948 Aero Flite travel trailer. They were constructed from aluminum from B29 bombers in a plant in Van Nuys, California.
I had meant to edit and post these photos but never had the opportunity until now, prompted by seeing an in-period photo of an Aero Flite trailer on This Old Motor.
