My cousin bought me that JASON one and it was only when i got the bottle i saw it said 98% but it worked just as good in my view. I have some of the 100% one now (Lily of the Dessert) and i like it too.

I use aloe vera as a holding gel (for puffs) in sheaaloe and sometimes in hair spritzes.

They both have their merits: the 100% aloe vera has the benefit of course of being all natural, and this 98% aloe provided more secure hold on my hair type than the pure one. HTH

I have this and love it too. The smell is divine.

One property of coconut oil is that is is a solid oil at room temperature - hence why is used to be labeled as a "bad oil". How is this oil in liquid form? Something has to be added to it.

I use it on my braids, it does take a long time to rub all the way in. I love their sheabutter but where I live it is too expensive $9.99, when I first started using the Shea it was half that price.

I love this stuff as well. I use the castor oil one now, my hair eats this stuff...

I just starting using this a few days ago to oil my scalp and I really like it. the best oil so far. Although my scalp drinks this up, like every other oil, I find myself oiling my scalp twice a day. still worth it though.

Why not 100% aloe vera gel?

I'm always hearing about this too and have been meaning to make some as well.

Nati girl! I thought I was in love with my shea butter mix, but the shealoe? I think it's moving up to first place! I have only done one set of twists with it but when i use it a little more i will be able to say for sure.

I mix about 2 tablespoons of this into my spray bottle mixture that i mist my hair with everyday. I use this interchangeably with regular glycerine.

How do you infuse coconut oil? pls let me know i am in need of it !!

I infuse coconut oil in the same way that I do the olive oil. I just put the herbs in the jar and then pour on the coconut oil over it and leave it for at least a month, shaking the bottle every now and then.

I have this and i have been using it... well my mom been sneaking to use this so its almost done... I don't even know what it does for my hair. SO cutting off the bad ends its a new way to experiment
